New in Version 1.3.10
✨ Improvements
- Visually differentiates skipped workouts from completed ones
- Fixes various small visual inconsistencies
Your weekly set recommendations now respect how you distribute sets across your exercises for a muscle group.
Previously, when we programmed your next week, we spread the muscle group's total sets evenly across your exercises. Now we will respect your previous week's set distribution before adding or removing sets.

You can now filter your exercises to only ones you've done before!

We've made a change to our progressive overload icons to make sure we're always encouraging progress, even if it's slower progress than planned.
The icons used to compare your logged weight and reps relative to your target. Now they compare your performance relative to your previous week's performance (or expected minimum performance in week 1). We have removed the target icon and will now show the ascending arrow to clearly indicate and encourage all progress.
Here are a couple concrete examples to illustrate the improvement where the old experience incorrectly suggested regression when in fact slow progress has occurred:
If you increased reps only on your top set but maintained reps on all subsequent sets:
Previous week: 225 x 8, 6, 5

If you made progress, but that progress was smaller than recommended:
Previous week: 420 x 8
